Who we are?

The Consumer and Person Protection Organisation, hereinafter referred to as “CPPO”, is a non-profit organisation of private initiative that aims at dealing with the issues that are related to different consumers and persons as well as to protection of their rights and, foremost, with the issues concerning consumption.

 The CPPO aims to protect consumers’ and persons’ rights, that is, their interests and welfare, and to provide assistance with shaping the policy that guarantees these rights. In order to achieve these goals, the CPPO is collaborating with everyone whose interests concern their own and others’ welfare.

 The CPPO conducts its activity in full compliance with the legal acts of the Republic of Estonia, international conventions and agreements, the legal acts of the European Union, the International legislation and the organisation’s Statute.
